[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

I had a chat with Konmei, there will be a loud and a more quiet (cyan
and yellow) tent-o-tell village, with distribution from the infodesk
for both set-up and diy tents.

They will be set up on the 7th, with help from the owner from the
rental tents, they might need one or two angels.
