[why2025-terrain] Fw: Namenlijst en nog meer

Hi Boekenwuurm,

I was told that I needed to forward this info to team terrain as I wasn’t sure who needed the list, that’s why I sent it. There’s no real expectation from me besides informing people.

To answer the other points you mentioned:
- I figured parking was going to be an issue, they want it for restocking, I told them I would take it up with the appropriate team (which I did) but could not guarantee them anything. I will mention the gater service to them.
- As for the mismatches on the list: I will check this out. I believe they’re for field access, not for staying over. I have already asked them who on this list were supposed to stay the night.
- They will arrange fire extinguishers themselves
