[why2025-terrain] Budget request for hackcenter

Hello Henry,

On the last why meet, you’ve mentioned there was still some budget left for projects.

We as team:terrain have vaguely planned a hackcenter, where hackers can go sit and work on their laptops at a table.

For this we would like a pagode tent 5x10 and some tables and chairs. There are some spare pagodes on the tent order and some overloop tables and chairs on the boels order. We hope to be able to use some of these.

An extra accessibility ramp would be added.

We also hope to get power and networking with help from NUTS and NOC

* these have been paid for as spares, we would be reallocating the funds
