[why2025-terrain] Another request: share your deliveries & pick-ups to and from the terrain

Hi all, 

With WHY just around the corner and build-up starting next week, we need your input on deliveries & pick-ups to finalize the planning and know what to expect on-site each day.
Could you let us know what deliveries and pick-ups are planned to and from the terrain?

You can find all deliveries and pick-ups planned in the milestone planning. If nothing is listed for your team (then as far as we know) it doesn’t exist.

**Needed information: **Which supplier is delivering what, and at what time? Same for pick-up.

**Example**

1x Cool container  – VM Events – contact – team Volunteers – delivery: 01-08 SOD – pick-up: 15-08 EOD 
And if it's timesensitive, please share that info aswel.  (SOD = Start of Day, EOD = End of Day)

It would be great if you could send me this info before Sunday EOD. Thanks, it's much appreciated.
