[why2025-terrain] Entrance from the East

Hi!

There is some confusion for visitors at the moment whether entrance from 
the east of the terrain (via the Wagenweg) will be possible for 
Pedastrians and Cyclists.
We think we should make this possible, but wanted to ask if anything in 
the permit speaks against communicating publicly that it's fine for 
non-cars?

In particular: Where and when are people planned that will guard that 
side of the terrain?
