[why2025-terrain] Toilets and Showers

Morning Gina,

Your mail drowned in the normal day to day works, Sorry for that.

I based the number of the units on the map, I guess you already did most of the mapping.

-7 toilet units
- 5 shower units.
-2 Miva  units.

As I am still debating with 3 suppliers, I am not shure yet what we are going to use.
The 7 toilet and 5 shower units will be roughly 6x2,5m en the miva the half of that.

Is that the information you need?

We would love to start mapping things so we can soften the burst-workload right before the event!

Team:Terrain is now starting to plan the finer details of the map and that includes more details about the Toilets and Showers.
Some questions have arisen, and I hope you (or someone else from NUTS) can shed some light on them:

Is the budget for Toilets and Showers part of your budget? Yes
Have you already planned specific units to rent (and if so: specific places for them)? Yes, already booked the quantities  based on the first markup
Have you planned cleaning schedules? Nope, not I my scope

If some of these questions don't yet have an answer (or you thought that they are part of our jurisdiction) please let me also know, then Team:Terrain can get to work on finding answers.
