[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

Hi Henry,

I hope I am asking the right person, otherwise just let me know.
I saw on the ticket shop that one can pay for 'premium setup' of ones 
rented tent so that it will be built up for you.
Do you know how this is planed to be organized?
Who will build these tents? How does positioning work? For which day is 
building these planned ?
This is relevant for us because I have a feeling that we will need to 
take this into account when planning the rest of the build up.
