Hi Gina,

Thanks for the compliments! We tried to collect all knowledge on shifts in the guide, hoping to make this easier for other camps as well.

I agree that it's not possible to plan for these few angels you nee. I think it is enough to have good communication lines during camp. We are planning to have standby angels, so when you call heaven we will be able to send out someone.

We will get back to you about buildup and teardown. When we meet we will probably ask you:
- Are you in charge of buildup and teardown?
- How many teams and volunteers do you need and expect on which day?
- Do you keep an overview of activities during buildup?
- Does it make sense to have for instance two short meetings per day to connect acivities with volunteers?
- Contact information? Will you have a call group?
