[why2025-terrain] [Nuts] Build up planning

Hi Alex,

Do you want us to copy your structures to the common layers for 
buildings or should the online map reflect your layer?

The former means that every time you update your layer the online map 
auto-updates, the latter means that we do that by hand. I would prefer 
the former.
