[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

Hi Henry,

Thanks! 6 is something that is something that is feasible to ignore by 
us :D

In case it gets significantly more it would be great if you could tell 
us as soon as you know, but otherwise we'll assume we don't need to take 
these into account.
