[why2025-terrain] Fences on parking

Hi team Parking,

To prevent duplicate fencing orders, and noticed that you have requested 
60 event fencing open.

For the double check, I wanted to know if this is indeed the horizontal 
fence through the parking lot to delimit the ticket controlled area



Our calculation is that these would be 69 fences for this, taking 
account 25% extra to put to the side of the fence to prevent it falling 
over.

Is this indeed the fence you have planned?
