[why2025-terrain] Detail planning tent buildup and teardown WHY2025

Vincent,

As discussed today over the phone about the extra tents and other materials I would set up contact between you and our team terrain.
Can you add your work planner/tent layout designer and use a reply all to this email thead so we can all see the communication ?

I just had a long call with out terrain team and we need to discuss the following topics :



1.	Our ticket sales are going well that is one of the reasons we needed the extra tents I requested today.
It also means that some visitors are coming 1 day earlier than originally planned and leaving 0,5 days later than we originally planned.

Our terrain team is looking at the current buildup and teardown dates and making a more detailed buildup and teardown planning.
They are looking/requesting some changes in  buildup and teardown dates of tents.

I have asked them to compile the complete list of their changes I can share that, so we can discuss the possibilities in one go.
2.	We have planned the Pagode teardown on Wednesday the 13th of August, due to visitor security they want a ban on forklift traffic until Wednesday the 13th 13:00.
How much manual work can we do on tearing down various tents pagodes/alu halls without manitou driving ?
I have asked our terrain team to make a list of tents we can have empty on the morning of the 13th, for instance at least some of the pagodes and the workshop tents.
