I was asked to give you the times/dates we need to have the Warehouse
portacabins delivered and picked up from the site.

Warehouse needs to be operational before any of the teams will start,
because we will be the place they'll come to collect tools to do their
work. The moment the portocabins are placed, we need to work on
receiving +/- 50 danish carts, as well as bringing all of the
equipment inside of warehouse. this can take a full day. the same in
reverse when leaving.

Apart from that Warehouse also functions as the postal collection
point, and storage point for teams that have requested us to be
(mostly during buildup, and again during teardown).

Warehouse will then also be the last to leave again, because during
teardown tools and storage will be provided by us. so we can only
start on our teardown after everybody else has finished.

What this means in data:

We need to have the portacabins ready from morning on day -7, or midday day -8
And can leave no sooner than day 9 end of day. (but due to weekend
probably day 11)
