[why2025-terrain] Family Zone fencing

Hi Gina and team,

thanks for the feedback. Due to this mix of time constraints at 
buildup/teardown, and some last minute input from safety/permits and the 
municipality we have adjusted our plans and revert to using low-height 
Boels fences - we requested 58 pcs plus footing.

We would very much appreciate your assistance at buildup/teardown, since 
I expect that most FamilyZone people will be coming with kids, meaning 
their attendance is limited (no-kids policy during buildup/teardown).
