[why2025-terrain] Rules regarding vehicles

[Team Villages]

Hello Team:Terrain and Team:Permits(Dave specifically, forward if needed),

We have gotten some requests from villages and we are wondering what is 
possible and what we should take into account regarding this.

We have at least a few villages that want to bring a large bus or camper 
as part of their village. eg. Hardware Hacking village from Mitch Altman 
is wanting bringing a large bus. How can we best accommodate this? Does 
there need to be a fire/safety zone around those, if so, how large?

At least one village wants to bring their EV on the field to show the 
reverse powering and run their village off-grind for some periods (will 
not charge on the field nor be connected to the field network while 
doing this) Any special requirements regarding this?

Also a request for a cooling trailer(fridges are not large enough) and 
some normal trailers to stay on the field as part of villages. We don't 
believe that is a problem or does that require some special planning as 
well?
