[Ticket-entrance] Tickets FAQ

Hi Robert,

looks good to me - thank you for taking the time to prepare the page :-)

Here are a few notes - not necessarily for you to fix, but I'm not on a
device to properly edit the Wiki :-)

- Giftcards
We do actually sell giftcards on the ticket shop (all the way at the bottom
of the shop).
We will probably accept them on-site for consumption, too - but we might
need to re-encode them for that to work. So that part might not necessarily
need to go on the FAQ at this point.

- Cashless camp
WHY will - just as MCH - be a cashless event again - so we could link to
the long and winding blogpost from last time again and/or add a shorter,
more concise FAQ-entry for that, too. Although I am not sure, if that is
something that needs to go in the Ticketing FAQ or the general FAQ.

Adjacent to this topic, we will also offer again a way for people to
exchange cash for a "prepaid voucher" to be used on site; but it's not yet
100% decided yet if that will be again in the form of a QR-Code or a
plastic card with NFC, magstripe, ...

- U18/Alcohol:
Fresh off the presses: Angels working the entrance who are not 100% certain
that the person in front of them is of age, will ask for a primary
identification document for the attendee to prove their age. Attendees not
wanting to show their ID for proving their age will be given U18
wristbands, barring them from purchasing alcohol on site. Attendees
changing their mind may identify themselves later on to security to
exchange their wristband.
