[Warehouse] EXTRA External Phone-number for Logistics-delivery

Hi Twi,

As discussed, I would like an external phone-number forwarded to a
call-group, currently just with my phone-number, later the chief of on-site
will be added.

The number will be given to transport-companies as the "Receiving party"
number, so their driver can call when they are lost or have an ETA.

It will have to be active asap (so we can inform teams) and stay active
without any infrastructure on-site.
