[Bar] Issues with the mugs

Mogguh Sysadmins,

We had some reports of issues with the metal enamel mugs we sold at the bar.

We'd like to solve this via an email address "mug at why2025.org" and we'd
like to use the ticket system (Zammad).

Can you tell us how long this service will be available?

If it stays up long enough (say half a year or longer), can you create this
setup for us?
