[Bar] Issues with the mugs [Ticket#422162]

Hi Denz,

I've created the email address (mug at why2025.org) and ticket queue. I've called it 'Mug Support' for now(this is also the name that's displayed next to emails sent from this address), but this can be changed if you guys would prefer something else.

I've given you access to this ticket queue (which can be accessed via [1] https://support.why2025.org/). Is there anyone else on the team who might want access to these tickets?
