[why2025-deco] Family Zone fencing

Hi team,

I had checked in with Moem at an earlier orga meet regarding fencing at 
the water edge of FamilyZone. We've requested approx. 200m of 
Boels-fencing, the lower variant (1m high).

We would like to ask Deco if you can come up with something to make 
these fences a bit prettier in WHY style, while keeping the view (and 
wind) open to a reasonable extent.

Obviously it's not the goal to 'toss this over the fence' so to speak, 
and we are of course happy to fill in details where needed, and think 
along.
