I noticed I did not respond to your email yet. Your request is noted and 
we will get back to you. Some questions already:

1. Can you give the names and phone numbers of the contact persons that 
will be present on pick-up and drop-off locations?
2. Will you make sure that all loose items wil be packed in boxes or 
otherwise?
3. Do you have any updates for your request regarding the weight and 
size of the wood/pallets?
