[why2025-deco] Art proposal: light bamboo

Hi Polyfloyd,

Thanks! We're using 'scrap' from our commercial productions to build it, 
so no extra budged is needed :-).

I'm able to be on site starting on the 6th, so please let me know how I 
can be of help. I'm fairly skilled in electronics and light construction 
work. We could also help if there is any build prep needed before then.
