Sadly we have no data regarding kid angels from MCH. If it would help you, I could give you the percentage of minor angels from 38C3. 
Besides that I would like to get to know your plans for minor angels at WHY. We are planning a form to collect volunteering needs from teams. For this we are interested in your needs as well as what kind of questions we could include in the from to make teams more aware of shifts for minor angels and also collect the informations for you to plan shifts.
