[Family] [why2025-orga] Request: share your planning & deliveries on the field

Hey Piiindakaas,

For all intents and purposes I am assuming most families will arrive no 
earlier than T-1, since before that there will be heavy equipment 
(manitous etc) on the field and minors are not allowed.

This means there is no need for gear to actually be there any sooner 
than that (other than the tents themselves I suppose).

For teardown a similar rule applies: We will aim to have the Zone torn 
down on T6 as much as possible. I do not expect many Zone volunteers to 
be able to assist in teardown later for similar reasons: No minors on 
the field after that.

Please note, there will be a few vendors separately that we will need to 
coordinate arrival for separately (the ballpit etc).
