[Logistics-leads] Sponsor packages @WHY25

[WHY2025 - Sponsor]

Hi Lumi,

Thank you for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response. I 
have asked PL about this matter, and we cannot tell sponsors that chairs 
or tables are unavailable. Therefore, we will likely need to estimate 
the number of chairs and tables we expect sponsors to reserve. It might 
be helpful to schedule a brief meeting to discuss this further (together 
with on-site logistics?). What would be a good date / time for you?
