We will have a team meeting on 25.02.2025 starting from 8 p.m. You are very welcome to join us for a short clarification. We can agree on the amounts needed for sponsors in that meeting.

As a reference for you:

I found an email from MCH where we agreed on the amounts for sponsor furniture. 

If I count everything from the picture together we had 79 tables and 150 chairs. Somehow the numbers from my previous emails were not correct.

Hi Lumi,

Thank you for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response. I have asked PL about this matter, and we cannot tell sponsors that chairs or tables are unavailable. Therefore, we will likely need to estimate the number of chairs and tables we expect sponsors to reserve. It might be helpful to schedule a brief meeting to discuss this further (together with on-site logistics?). What would be a good date / time for you?

If I understand your email from last time correctly it means we don´t need to consider any sponsor packages like last time. Does it mean we don´t need to reserve table & chair amounts in the shop specifically for the sponsors? Meaning: If the shop is sold out, they might not get any furniture?

 

If we need to reserve certain amounts it would be very helpful to know how many sponsors we expect. This helps us to release amounts for the general sale again after the sponsors have finished ordering.

Hey Lumi,

Thanks for checking on this! Our estimate is a little bit under what you included below, we're expecting sponsors will want ~80-120 tables. Just so you're aware, the plan for this year is not to provide/promise tables and chairs as part of sponsor packages, but to direct sponsors to order them through webshop.

I would like to make sure to reserve some tables and chairs for those packages in advance to avoid further mismatches between demand and supply of chairs & tables.

 

Last time we had the following amounts reserved for sponsors:

*	350 Chairs
*	180 Tables

 

If you agree, we will reserve these amounts for WHY25 for Sponsors again.
