Please be specific what you want.
You talk about handwagens, but the end with bikes......
What kind of handwagen do you want? What is it going to be used for? I need more information before I can think with you. Are you looking for something like this: 
Handtrekwagen huren | Boels https://www.boels.com/nl-nl/huren/handtrekwagen/p/12126 ? Warehouse has 10 of these for lending.

I'm not aware of Warehouse renting bike. Please check with warehouse (or PL).

I've never seen a request for more trailers. Twelve is a lot!! Behind what are you going to put these?? That is more then we have every rented for a whole event!
I'll request them, but I don't think they will have that many available.
