[Nuts] Power for large villages and placement

Hey Glu,
Had a discussion about this with Killergeek last wednesday and sent him
that as list as well.
We will instruct villages to update the list themselves since this will
help with filtering really needed power or just requesting more because
they can.
Email instructing this will be sent today!
Regarding placement, we will check with you or I would even suggest a
quick session together to check placement options together and make sure
we use the right parameters/distances
And villages with large power/water requirements will not be moved
without checking with you guys!
