[sha2017-orga] Attention all teamleads: LHQ teardown notice

Hi,

If you need anything from Logistics during teardown, you must TELL US
before teardown begins, the day after tomorrow (August 8, also the last
event day).

LHQ is only available for storage, for equipment that absolutely cannot
be in a tent. We do not have enough space for everything on the field.

Please let us know if you need any of the following:
- Tools -> Specify which tools
- Tape -> What kind of tape? Why? How much?
- Storage -> How many shelves, and what is it for?
- Storage -> How much floor space, and what is it for?
- Transportation -> https://orga.sha2017.org/index.php/Team:Logistics/Off-site

Even more so than during build-up, it is ESSENTIAL that tools are
returned AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, or preferrably, even faster. The tear-down
schedure is tight and we only have 2 crow bars and 1 axe =)

* LHQ will start putting everything in boxes on Wednesday 9 August.

* LHQ will continue to lend out tools until Thursday 10 August, afternoon.
  BUT ONLY THOSE TOOLS THAT WERE RESERVED **BEFORE** TEARDOWN.

* LHQ itself might be torn down on Friday 11 August, very early morning.
