[sha2017-orga] Teardown prepping

Dear Teams,

Now that SHA 2017, after years of hard work, is going into its 4th day it
is my ungrateful task to remind you that all great things unfortunately
have to come to an end. Luckily for me I also have the more grateful task
to make this end a happy end for everyone involved with SHA 2017. One of
the core aspects of this is communication and expectation management, as
such I will try to give a general overview of teardown in this email.

* All teams that use tents have been informed about their tent
availability.  For teardown this means your tent needs to be empty (rented
chairs and tables included) by the give time.
* The teardown schedule is pretty tight: for buildup we had roughly 7 days,
for teardown we have roughly 3 days. With our current planning this is a
realistic time frame but it heavily depends on the initial pace we can set:
if we start lagging behind at the beginning we have no slack available to
make up for this. As such we ask you to start with teardown and cleaning up
your things you use as soon as possible. Most likely this means you can
start *before* the closing talk ;-).
* The tarps will be torn down in the evening 8-8.
* On 8-8 a big container for bulky waste will be placed near Stage: NO for
all SHA teams near the ORGA field to dispose of their bulky waste. This is
NOT for visitors or villages. See the email from Sebastius regarding waste
([sha2017-orga] Waste: the plan) and help us to make this plan come
together.
* At the end of 8-8 all golf carts need to be handed in at LHQ so they can
be redistributed for teardown so we can optimize their usage.
* Unlike build-up there are no shared golf carts. Logistics has a number of
dedicated golf carts that can be requested for your use. We hope this will
increase the much needed efficiency.
* On 9-8 there will be a lot of simple work that needs a lot of hands for
all the different teams like power, NOC, etc... As such we need a lot of
angels for 9-8. So please ask people to help out for at least one more day
so we can make it as happy as possible.
* If you need angels for teardown please make sure you put it into the
angel system with the right number of angels!
* On the 11th the last tent (angel heaven) and extra sanitation building
will be removed.
* And yes, I know teardown is spelled incorrectly.

I will try to speak to all teams today about their teardown plans, so
expect a visit if we haven't spoken already ;-).

And last but not least: ask! Not everything is in this email and I will
have missed things. If you have any questions please mail to
