[sha2017-orga] Letter to future Team Family

Dear fellow orga,


Team Family Village really enjoyed the event and wrote a letter to the
future team Family to transfer some of the things we've done and
learned. Since we don't know who will organise the event in 2021, we
send it here and hope someone will remember and notify the future team.
