Hey Thomascovenant,
People either included in this team or not. I think people can create
confusing situations when they act like CoC or security but they not part
of the team. So defined helping out please? Ofc. if you see someone in
trouble you might want to help anyway regardless which team you are in.
"Guideline" for what? We have a CoC, T&C, house rules and hopefully our
favorite "common sense".
Ofc. some sort of agreement between the team members how to approach things
etc would be nice.
You meant Project Leiding? :) As far as I know there is not really an
approval procedure for this in PL. But I'm teamlead so I try to make sure
people can work together and we all work for the same goal. :)
Also we have a CoC already so we don't open that discussion again.
