[sha2017-orga] Water: fresh and sewage (for village kitchens)

Hi,

some larger villages would like to run a kitchen. For some that is kinda
mandatory (FoodHackingBase).
Is it possible for them to get access to fresh water and a sewer?
I did see that there are lots of spots on the map that say 'sewer hole'.
Can they be used?
