[sha2017-orga] Water: fresh and sewage (for village kitchens)

Hi Carsten,

This would be quite some logistical arrangements to do this for multiple villages. So my answer would be no on this.

There are indeed water and sewage available, but we outsource the arrangement of this for ourselves with the scouting.
