[sha2017-orga] Water: fresh and sewage (for village kitchens)

Hi, I’m apologizing too for the introduction, I’d like to completely quote
what’s been written by Ralf,

Having sewage-system and water near our position would be important for us
too. We initially understood that our position should be near these two
facilities, we wrote it in the Wiki from the beginning, as specified by you
during the meeting we had face to face.

So if there’ll be the possibility to have drains and water we’d need them
near our Embassy,

Just to make sure we understood the map correctly, can you please confirm
us that at least water will be near our village? If not, how long should be
the pipe needed to get it?
