Sorry for my interference at this point. At CCC-Camp 2015 this was a huge
topic for some villages. And first there was a "No" from the orga for most
villages. In the end, all of these villages got water and sewage (some of
them with IBC-containers that were changed on a regular basis, some with
direct connection to the water-/sewage-system). It has been really hard
work for the orga to arrange this, but the people in these (bigger, more
than 50 people) villages would have been really really really annoyed, if
they would have not been able to run their kitchen. 

From my point of view water-/sewage-connection for some big villages with
kitchens is of high priority. 

BTW, even my village at OHM had water- and sewage-connection...
