[sha2017-orga] Request large off-site transports now

Hi everybody,

I'm organizing the off-site transport for teams. If you already know
that your team will have off-site transport needs, especially larger
ones with lots of pallets, please let us know now. This will allow us to
reserve the number of vehicles we need early and recruit a sufficient
number of volunteers.

Just send me an email with your request . The request process with more
detail is documented here:

The formal deadline for requests is July 12, 2 weeks before buildup
starts, as that's when we'll start planning our routes.
