[sha2017-orga] Scheduler plus data from visitors

Hi All,

As we getting closer to the event and slowly scheduling talks. It was a
question about how to preset this to our visitors.

1. is it possible to show the schedule on a website?
2. is it any opensource/free usefull app where we can put our schedule?\\

(its moslty the question for the website team/sysadmins but if anyone has
an idea would be welcome)

An other question also came up.

3. Do we want to kindly ask the visitors to share some data with use (like
which talk they go to etc? (prevent overflowing the tent?)

(I know I use Giggity most of the time, is its a possibility to do it
there?)
