[sha2017-orga] Get your TL's, Light boxes and other stuff

Hai all,

The deco team is giving away a lot of items at the afterparty. If you want some, any or all of it, be at the afterparty and take it with you.

The inventory:
- 20 samlas each with four very, very bright lights (the ones at the side of the road)
- about 180 TL bulbs, some with 6 colored foil, in various conditions (as seen in many tents)
- 5 boxes with extension cords and power bricks
- inflatable animals
