[sha2017-orga] Afterparty and food and other nice things

Dear party animals,
Are you coming to the SHA Afterparty? We sure hope so! If so, are you
signed up for the SHA Afterparty BBQ? Please check today; I will need to
confirm the numbers with the caterer tomorrow.

Are you signed up for one (1) option ( =portion ) for each person?
If you like fish but also meat, please sign up for fish, as there will
be plenty of meat, and you will be able to swap as desired. Please do
not sign up for more than one portion/option as we hate to waste food!

Don't worry about the weather: we can eat inside, in the Chapel, and
we'll build some tents/roofs to roast our noms under. If you want to
come early and help build them (starting at 12:00) that would be very
welcome.
And if you want to help with the roasting, by being in charge of one or
two BBQs for an hour or so, that would be great too!
