[mch2021-orga] Bi-weekly MCH2021 orga mumble

Hi All,

The past few weeks we have been having bi-weekly orga mumble like we had for SHA2017 as well. Understandable there isn’t that much attendance yet, but we would like to keep the meetings in place over the next year.

To that end I have attached two recurring calendar invites (one for Wednesday, the other Monday). The wiki will be updated accordingly to better reflect this as well.
