In practice it turns out that people submit proposals of three lines
like "Can I give a fire-breathing workshop on the field", "I'd like to
give a beer brewing workshop that spans two days but only takes a few
hours each days" or "I am going to give jewelry workshops at place X all
camp", apart from all the lectures etc. that are proposed.
We would like to see those coming as well.
BTW, some people are exploring the possibilities of very academically
oriented village/track with a separate programme and budget, aimed at
PhD students, but of course accessible to anyone at the camp. That one
would have its own call for papers.
Regards,
Walter
