[mch2022-orga] Looking for someone that speaks German to help out with the MCH2022 Mate order

Dear orga,

I need help from someone who speaks German well, and wouldn't mind 
helping me in being the point of contact for our German Mate supplier.

I already made contact via email, and they want to supply us, so this is 
purely for details. My written German is a lot better than spoken, so I 
am getting stuck.

In short it means helping me out to get a quotation from them, arrange 
things like delivery and pick-up dates of empty crates. I can give you 
all the details and numbers and guide you through the process if needed.


It wouldn't cost you a lot of time, but would get you a lot of appreciation!


So what do I need?

- Someone who speaks German well and doesn't mind phone calls

- Has some time to help out (an hour max this or next week, and a few 
more moments of contact before the event, a few hours in total)


In the mean time, we are still looking for people for the Bar team, so 
feel free to also react if you want to help out with other bar things!
