[mch2022-orga] 14th of July, how many people?

Ohai!

We have an exception for tent suppliers to start building on the 14th of July due to the immense pressure on those companies. So scouting expects only that to happen + delivery of steel plating. Guiding these suppliers and flatterbanding villages will also be on the task list for that day. So there is stuff to do and support. As for all other stuff including cheesing the event, that will not be possible up until the 15th at exactly 00:00:00, but we suggest to sleep when it's dark and stay in rhythm.

Suppliers roll onto the terrain at 07:00 in the morning. Please talk to netsmurf about the possibility to sleep at the field and how many people. There will be limitations on those and i don't know how many spots are needed or taken.
