[mch2022-orga] 14th of July, how many people?

Good question,

For ROC I expect about 3 to 5 people to arrive on the evening of the
14th. (Some of them are in the Powerteam after building the
radio-system)
These people are necessary to get the complete radio-system up and
running on the 15th.
If we would arrive on the 15th, chances are high that the system would
only get ready for use by the 16th.

Recently there has been a spike in people contacting me about helping
(specifically ROC in this case) who are not aware of the message about
arrival that was sent through the Angel-System. I motivated most of
them to arrive on the 15th at the earliest.

Elger: your email was ambiguous on when Power and ROC can pitch their
tent. My plan was to arrive in the evening of the 14th, with actual
work only starting on the 15th.
