Hi mAcfreAK,

See attached. To make it absolutely glorious: could you whip up a form where people can add their own name to this thing?

You can add your name using the following specifications:
Font: Snell Roundhanded (or something that looks like it's "hand-written", nobody that decides will notice anyway)
Size: 36pt
Color: #B34B00
