Hey everyone, some updates from us so you know what we’re working on and what we’ll need from you!

==Hell==
We’re organizing ‘Hell’, the parking lot. A protocol has been set. At night we’re not having people there, but camera surveillance. We also organized some amenities to make a shift there pretty nice and comfortable.

==Angel system==
we’ve received a few requests and Xu and Abare are working on a follow up. We haven’t received enough requests yet, so please check with your team. We will begin poking teams with a bit sharper stick soon. 

===On Call shifts===
Some teams (like power) have requested a form of ‘on call’ shift. Yes we are doing this too. We’re also going to have ‘runners’ (the german term is ’Springer’ available in heaven for ’This needs to be done *now*

==Heaven==
All equipment and furniture for heaven should arrive friday 15th. We’re a bit worried that the tent builder schedule is still in flux, but we leave it in the capable hands of those in contact with the supplier. Same goes with water/sewer. Finally lighting: we have the electrical part figured out, but are unsure how to actually hang the lights. If you have ideas, reach out to us please.

We’ve had a brief discussion on the orga list about working hours, and we’ve now asked projectleiding to make it into an official rule.

===Young children during buildup===
We’ve had a brief discussion on the orga list about children during buildups, and we’ve now asked projectleiding to make it into an official rule.

===Checkin during buildup===
Alll new arrivals on the field should checkin at Heaven to sign up, get an angel-badge and a high-vis vest. Angel-ID and high-vis are mandatory during buildup/teardown at least outside tents/buildings.
