[mch2021-orga] MCH2022 Breakpoint March

Dear Orga,

Last Wednesday we had our breakpoint meeting. We have good news!

Projectleiding was unanimous in their decision: MCH2022 is a go! 

We deliberated carefully and considered many factors, but we believe the remaining risks have been properly mitigated and we all feel confident giving the ‘continue’ signal. Thank you all for bearing with us on the bumpy road towards MCH2021 first, and MCH2022 now!
