Hi fellow ORGA,

Who should I ask about the availability of kartents? We are having speakers asking for lodging, but also to be as immersed in the event as possible, so would like to know what we can offer them in terms of camping gear so that we can reserve the precious few hotel rooms for less-than-able-bodied speakers.
