[mch2022-orga] Update from team Volunteering

Hiya everyone, few updates from Team Volunteering!

= New team members =
We've got Xu and MyIgel joining us. They're teamleads Volunteering from the CCC events and we're extremely grateful to get their energy and experience on the team! So the team is now 4 people strong: SynQ, Xu, MyIgel and myself. We'd love to add one more, but i think we can manage with us four.

= Vacancies =
If your team is in need of extra humans, please let us know. We can't perform miracles, but we can try and find you someone!

= Angel System =
Currently 85 accounts in the system. If you're not registered yet, please do so now at angel.mch2022.org . Very soon we'll ask each team for specifics on their angeltypes etc and points of contact. Please also get all your team-members to sign up at the angel-system so we know when they arrive/leave (important for food and buildup planning) and what shirt size they need. If you're not on the angel system you're not getting food. So please register.

Soonish we'll also connect with team Content to connect PreTalx to the Angel system for easy shift building things.

= Angel Merch =
We ordered 1200 beautiful t-shirts. This year we're also doing 'fitted' shirts and more sizes! We took care to make sure the shirt is as sustainable and slave-free as we could given our budget. This year we're handing out the shirts upon sign-up at the angel desk as a motivation to come in and help out.

Final bit of 'merch' is the reusable water bottle. We're working with a manufacturer to make us reusable water bottles because we like the idea of not throwing away plastic every 0,5 liter. = Food =
We've been in touch with Mecklenborger crew and we're on track with having good food available from early buildup to late teardown.

= Sweatshops =
Tis the season to be sweaty! If your team is in need of people for Sweatshops, talk to us. We can help you promote etc and contact people through the Angel system. We can also help 'design' the sweatshop for optimum enjoyment and efficiency. Heck, we might even attend ourselves!
